Earthing Method
INTRODUCTION
The earth is a very large system so that it is able to accept and neutralize a high amount of volume without striking it especially from lightning. In 1836 a German scientist Carl August Steinheil had found that the earth could be used as a back pass for completing electric circuits without the need for a reverse circuit. It was used for several years in the telegraph system so that the telephone was created and this system was no longer suitable.
In 1928 Philip F. Labre a student at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) found that if the plag was earthed, electric current would go to the earth rather than to the human body. Then he begged to be given a patent with the 3 pin sockets used today.
The electrical connection to the earth is made because of two reasons.
1- For the safety of users from the danger of shock, fire and destruction of property. At first this protection uses fius elements but now more modern circuit breakers are used. The circuit breaker will be preloaded if you make an electric leak inside the circuit.
2- As we know, electrical supply requires LIVE and NEUTRAL multipliers to complete the electric circuit. If a neutral diverter is grounded, he has saved so that 50% of the passport counter is neutral to complete a circuit. For DC surveillance, it is called grounding at the negative terminal of the supply source.
In general, earthing involves two parts:
1- Grounding system
The aim is to alienate the damaged system so that it does not give an impression to the bride and groom
2- Grounding equipment
The purpose of earthing to equipment is for human safety if the failure of the debater to function. He will give a route that has a low barrier to electricity to the earth. With the condition that obstacles are made should be lower than the obstacles of the human body.
